I’m an

Impactful UX & Service Design Leader

powered by over 15 years of experience and an unwavering commitment to move the world forward.

About Me

I am a multi-dimensional and impactful UX and Service Design leader. My specialty is helping complex organizations navigate ever-evolving marketplace conditions and achieve compelling and enduring competitive differentiators. I do this by brokering and cultivating cross-functional relationships and helping these partners achieve their goals with the right UX tools. I’ve been successful because of my commitment to uplift everyone with whom I work as well as my personal dedication to a high standard of excellence.

Experience

From early stage exploration and strategy definition to the tactical details of implementation and continuous improvement, I’ve worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, retail, insurance and finance and provided my business customers with the acumen and approach that’s right for them to realize sustainable profits- all guarded by deep economic moats.

This work has not been the product of one woman, but of the diverse and talented individuals I’ve had the good fortune of leading and developing. As a leader, my role is to create the most conducive environment for independent thought, intrinsic motivation and humility.

Writing

On the surface, this approach to leadership may seem helpful, but if we dig a little deeper it’s quite misguided and can be unintentionally insidious. Read on>

If, on balance, you’re disillusioned, apathetic and cynical about your career, you’re not alone. A paltry 20% of American workers trust their employers and are transactional in their relationship- waiting for the clock to strike 5 and eventually retire. What if I told you that there’s more? That having access and the ability to work is a blessing and that you too can meaningfully and happily ride it til the wheels fall off? Dubious I know. Gird your loins and allow me to indulge your curiosity. Read on>
